I work in a home for adults with mental retardation. This is our only black resident, has a young woman who can do your own hair with some support. It is a kind of an orphan and had not even black people at. Overdue for some hair as soon as possible, limited resources, the need for a simple routine to keep and maintain a fresh, modern look.
