Do you have to register any where to start an investment club? - investment club
I am looking website and a friend, an investment club that we have to deal with the NAIC or any other agency or you can just do yourself begin to register? So if you have a club account with an investment broker who need a tax-identification number, we have one of these? And if you pay more tax as a club or you can pay as a partnership?
