No, you're probably right. It may be dry against the elements.
Try it with a salt-spray. Do not use Afrin or other products because they are addicted and just cause rebound congestion (when it disappears, it is still) worse than before.
You can also use an extra pillow so that you installed when you sleep.
If it continues, and you're still interested, see a doctor to be sure.
