Depending on the airport, the recruitment process and the setting, whether they are still today. I know that for me in August I applied and was hired in November of this year. But I talked with others that I was quickly terminated. It depends only on the number of candidates and all. Talk to a local recruiter and ask. I try, 1800 call the number of TSA and see if you connect to a recruiter. People employed by the TSA, please call toll free: 1-866-274-6438.
